GOURMET DELIGHTS

When there is cause to celebrate something special with friends, family, or with your office, you will find the perfect location at The Rosengarten in Bern. For up to 20 people, we can fulfill all of your wishes with our extensive à la carte menu.

All of our ingredients come straight from the market, and are prepared fresh for you.
For this reason, we offer a set menu for groups of 20 or more – of your choice of course, including vegetarian alternatives. We are happy to share our suggestions with you, and if you have some ideas of your own, we are more than happy to take them into consideration. Please let us know well in advance. 

CHEESE ENJOYEMENT AS ITS FINEST

A fondue must be made from high-quality cheese – this is the only way to achieve perfect melting, incomparable taste, and optimum digestibility.

Our exclusive house blend combines the wonderful Schönrieder mountain cheese with the spicy “le petit Fribourg.” For an extraordinary taste experience, we refine our blend with fresh alpine herbs, fiery chilies, or a sophisticated combination of spumante and truffles, depending on the variation. 

Enjoy these special moments of togetherness in our atmospheric fondue veranda from the 13 October 2025 to the 22 February 2026.

HOMEMADE

In the summer of 2021, we founded the contract brewery with our gastro friends TaBerna and Serini Eichholz. Since then, our master brewer Christian Stoiber and his team have been producing the home-brewed quality beer WIRT according to their own recipe in the varieties Lager, Pale Ale, Wheat Beer, and Märzen, supplemented by the non-alcoholic Golden Ale.

New to the range is a Pilsner brewed according to a North German brewing method – light, fresh, and slightly tart. Versatile, it goes well with aperitifs, as a refreshment between meals, or even with light dishes such as salad and fish.

By the way: every Friday, the LOHNBRAUEREI ramp sale is open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Güterstrasse 6a in 3008 Bern.
