Handling of personal data
Personal data is only collected if you disclose this information to us voluntarily – by either completing the reservation or the newsletter application form or via your contact by e-mail. The data collected is shown in the respective input fields. 

Reservation
These data are stored and used for the processing of your reservation and the associated technical administration. After six months, the data will be deleted automatically.

Newsletter
Newsletters will be sent only on express request or registration. The registration takes place in a so-called double-opt-in procedure. That is to say that after registration you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary, avoiding that nobody can register with external email addresses. The registrations are logged (IP address, login and confirmation time) to prove the process according to the legal notice. Similarly, the changes to your data stored by MailChimp will be logged. The dispatch of the newsletter takes place by means of the dispatch service provider "MailChimp", a newsletter shipping platform of the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The privacy policy of the shipping service provider can you see here: https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy. A deregistration of the newsletter is possible at any time. You will find a link to the deregistration at the end of each newsletter.

Webcam

Google Maps
This site uses the map service of Google maps via an API. Provider is the Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. To use the functions of Google maps it is necessary to save your IP address. The information generated will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Facebook Pixel
To measure our conversion rates, our website uses the visitor activity pixel of Facebook, Facebook Inc., 1601 S California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook").
This tool allows the tracking of page visitors after they have been linked to the website of the provider after clicking on a Facebook ad. This makes it possible to analyse the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes and to optimize fututre advertising campaigns.
